Spanish Speaking Virtual Assistant

Growing Law firm looking for qualified candidates:
Must be available to work within the hours of 8AM-6PM, U.S. Eastern time Zone
Must be fluent and proficient in spoken and written English
Ability to read, write and speak SPANISH (Latin American) is ESSENTIAL, including performing written and oral English-Spanish and Spanish-English translations
Former experience working virtually ESSENTIAL
Ability to answer and deal with telephone calls professionally
Ability to deal with client intake
Ability to accurately complete data entry tasks
Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly
Ability to stay available to receive directions and training
