Job Description

An Appointment Setter is a professional who schedules consultations between sales staff and prospective clients, ensuring that important meetings are booked for the sales team.

Job Responsibilities

Keeping a calm and cool demeanor throughout a cold call and placing a date for an appointment. This person must be comfortable with using the American English accent while gathering the necessary information in a call. Makes outbound calls to businesses in the service area to set qualified appointments for our Outside Sales Team.
