At Upgrade to see actual info we simplify the home selling process by offering homeowners in the US a fast, friendly, and hassle-free way to sell their home.

We are looking for driven and dynamic people to join our lead generation team. As a Lead Researcher you’ll call homeowners in the US to establish if they are interested in selling their home, capturing key information such as asking price, condition, and dates.

Your day-to day responsibilities will include:
- High-volume outbound calling to homeowners to source current and future residential sale opportunities
- Developing rapport and overcoming objections over the phone
- Accurately inputting all information gathered from calls into our database

We are looking for people with good experience and a great attitude to join our team:
- Must have excellent spoken English
- Experience of high-volume outbound telephone customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills including effective questioning and rapport building
- Strong attention to detail including experience of accurately gathering and inputting data
- Demonstrated success working as a member of a team
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based metrics
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Must have excellent spoken English
- Experience of Microsoft Office and Readymode/XenCall preferred

In return we offer a competitive compensation package:
- Hourly rate of $3
- Bonus based on leads closed
- Shifts between 8am and 8pm (EST), Monday to Saturday
