Position Overview:

Our team is in need of an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization into the Upgrade to see actual infoom researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. You should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions and help in driving us to continued growth and success.

Objectives of this Role:

1. Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
2. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
3. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
4. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
5. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (Sales, Operation, Finance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with the team in all levels
2. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvements, and developing and implementing solutions
3. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
4. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
5. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies and conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
6. Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
2. 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
3. High proficiency with SQL language and database management
4. Proven analytical abilities
5. Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
6. Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
7. Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, Google workspace, ClickUp and the likes
8. Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
9. Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solution
10. Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
11. Extensive experience with data visualization
