Currently, we’re looking for a Fractional Inventory Coordinator to join our team for 8 hours a week with growth opportunities. If you’re a resourceful self-starter who takes pride in your work, desires a highly collaborative environment, and loves your pet, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As the Inventory Coordinator, you will essentially serve as your assigned brand(s) logistics and supply chain coordinator. As the Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating the weekly purchase orders, ordering & then tracking the inbound raw materials to our contract manufacturers, and vendors, then communicating with our warehouse staff, freight carriers, Amazon Seller Support, and other Marketplace Support Teams to ensure your brand’s marketplace accounts to stay in good standing. By serving as the Inventory Coordinator you will utilize the perfect blend of efficiency, organizational skills, follow through, communication, & flexibility by efficiently and effectively collaborating with your brand’s supply chain ensuring the brand maximizes profitability by never running out of products to sell.

What you’ll do as Inventory Coordinator:
~Use our inventory management software to reorder new inventory on Mondays.
~Schedule shipments for delivery once production has completed the purchase order.
~Track inbound shipments to Amazon and reach out to carriers to address delays.
~Update raw material inventory after every order and order new raw materials, as needed.
~Maintain product label inventory, work with designers on label changes and updates and order new labels from printers.
~Communicate with factory staff as needed regarding product and shipment status.
~Reconcile shipments within Amazon monthly and provide required documentation for missing products.
~Monitor inbound performance reports and case logs to address product or shipment problems identified by Amazon to maintain a high level of account status.
~Update product pricing as necessary in inventory management programs.
~Other tasks and projects as requested.

What the ideal candidate looks like:
~Desires a work-from-home fractional job
~2+ years of inventory coordinating experience, preferably in e-commerce.
~1+ year of experience working in the Amazon ecosystem including an understanding of their processes and regulations.
~Fluent English speaker; available for calls and meetings (as needed) during US business hours
~Enjoys collaboration and is willing to take on requests with a “can do” attitude and effortless, thorough communication.
~Able to operate independently when needed, searching for solutions and making self-guided decisions.
~Expertise in MS Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon-related data platforms

These help, but aren't deal breakers:
- Experience with inventory management using Restock Pro & Amazon FBA
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Support & keeping up to date with changes
- Experience using Google Drive & Asana
- Good communication skills; fluent English required
- Self-motivated and resourceful; able to operate independently
- Able to quickly adapt to our methods of using the software tools mentioned above.
