1. Follow checlist for daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic communication with real estate agents.
2. Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
3. Effectively communicate with customers and provide answers to reir questions
4. Strong English communication skills; both written and verbal.
5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).
7. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
9. Call new agents and invite to work with our organization
