Devops Engineer

Role:

We're in search of a DevOps/SysOps Engineer with a knack for system optimization and an understanding of scalability challenges. While specific knowledge of blockchain is not required, a curiosity about the technology and an eagerness to learn on-the-job are essential. You'll work closely with our development and operations teams to create, optimize, and manage our system operations to ensure high-performance and seamless delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with software engineers to understand application features, system dependencies, and develop corresponding infrastructure requirements.
Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to keep deployment phases timely and less susceptible to errors.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while ensuring optimal performance and stability.
Implement automation tools and frameworks for system provisioning and configuration management.
Maintain system documentation, ensuring it is updated and compliant.
Advocate for best practices in system security and compliance across the organization.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them as improvements to our current system.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a DevOps/SysOps Engineer or similar role in infrastructure management and system operations within the IT sector.
Familiarity with system engineering, DevOps practices, and tools.
Experience with CI/CD tools, scripting, and automation tools.
Solid understanding of system monitoring tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Kubernetes, is highly desirable.
