An executive assistant helps the executive for whom they work with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to
He or She are often called executive’s “right-hand person” who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals. An EA should filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
-Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
-Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
-Make travel and accommodation arrangements
-Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
-Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
-Format information for internal and external communication – memos,
-Take minutes during meetings
-Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
-Organize and maintain the office filing system
-Coordinate and Inform the HR director with regards to the flow of his/her task.

-Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
-Any Bachelor’s Degree.
-1 to 2 years of work experience as an executive
