US Based MSP is looking for a qualified candidate to perform the following duties on a daily basis:
1. Review pc and server management systems.
2. Document issues found in ticketing system.
3. Apply standard fixes and repairs to found issues, escalate for additional support when necessary.
4. Update ticketing system with work performed.
* 4-5 years in Windows Desktop Support for Windows 7/10
* 2-3 years Windows Server support. You need to know and understand server concepts and be able manage a Windows Server.
* Hyper-V experience - starting/stopping virtual machines, virtual hard disks, etc.
* Experience in any RMM; Connectwise Automate, Ninja, Datto RMM.
* Experience in ticketing systems.
* Good written English.
We are looking for someone to work directly with our team and follow specific processes. We provide training for using our tools, and a dedicated manager to assist in making phone calls and escalating items for further support from our more advanced engineers.
