Virtual Photo Editor

Description:
We are looking for someone with property photography editing skills to help our company serve a next-day turnaround by providing quality control on all jobs.
This role requires quality checking of all real estate/property jobs, ensuring all jobs are edited to our visual standard and delivered in a timely manner.

Tasks:
Quality check images prior to delivery to client. Things to pay special attention to include:
Accurate straightening of all images
Ensuring there is no camera gear in the images, including checking reflections in windows, glass, mirrors etc.
Removal of obvious and easy-to-remove cables from TVs, lights etc
Removal of hooks or obvious marks from walls and ceilings
Ensuring there is no colour cast where there shouldn’t be
Checking that all lights are on if required (eg if a light bulb in the ceiling has blown and the rest of the lights are on, fix in Photoshop)
Removal of obvious distractions such as large leaves, pool cleaners, dead patches of grass etc
Checking brightness and contrast of images, ensuring shadows have not been lifted too much, ensuring images are bright enough
Check for any masking errors
Check saturation of grass/grass replacement and sky/sky replacement

The key point to note is we want our images to look natural but elevated.


Requirements:
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop
Must have experience editing real estate or property photography
Ability to use Adobe Illustrator would be favourable
Must have great attention to detail
Able to work independently and be proactive - The ideal candidate must be able to know what work needs to be done and not wait for instruction.
Available to work 7:00am - 12:00pm PHT and able to check calendar/emails around 7:00pm PHT
Internet speed of 50mbps minimum, 100mbps preferred
