TELEMARKETER (PHONE SALES EXPERT/LEAD GENERATION)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
The goal is to promote business growth by converting the client's leads into customers.
Responsibilities
- Cold call potential leads
- Use scripts to provide information about our services.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s needs
- Key in the information received by the leads inside an excel spreadsheet
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Requirements
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Experience with talking to potential leads in USA is a MUST
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone is a MUST
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
