VA General Manager

I need a GM for a new VA Company to do 3 tasks: VA recruitment, VA management, Project Sourcing.

Requirements:

- Previous VA Managing Experience, willing to work with minimal training
- Dropbox Experience
- Fully Remote
- Confident on face-to-face Zoom calls
- Dedicated internet connection (Not Pocket Wifi)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1+ years’ proven successful experience
- Full-time availability – Eastern Time Zone
- Flexible on your hours and weekends
- Your own Laptop
- Any Bank Account under your own name
- Willing to sign NDA

Main 3 Responsibilities:
- Recruiting VAs
- Managing VAS
- Finding Projects / International Clients online w/ guidance & securing projects
- You will be hiring Philippines VAs online + Interviewing Them + Signing Contracts + Onboarding Them
- You will then be managing them on a daily basis
- Make VA hiring funnel and SOPs from scratch
- Work closely with Canadian Owner on website / SOPs / Job descriptions
- Make a list of different VA positions and industries
- Train VAs on software like Hubstaff, Slack etc

There is a bonus per client/project onboarded
