Creative Strategist

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who will collaborate with a team of designers for video, and graphics for each assigned marketing project or campaign. Some who is organized and have good communication skills.

Your days will be filled with:

Providing creative direction of the team from conceptualization and completion of the project.
Collaborating with a team of designers for video, and graphics for each assigned marketing project or campaign
Handling overall creative project management
Doing quality assurance of all creative output
Ensuring visual communication and brand standards are met
Data Analysis: Decode Facebook Ads Manager data and apply what the metrics are saying to optimize creatives to win. This might be changing visuals (videos and graphics), narratives (copy) or using a new user voice to target different personas. Continue to expand upon creative knowledge and st
Write: Read social media comments at scale to empathize with our viewers and write scripts that can speak to new audiences and convert them to customers. Responsible for research as it pertains to the client’s brand.
Creative Storytelling: Ideate, script and produce up to 10 new video concepts each week. Your job would be to concept remarkable content and event activations that help brands to tell their story
Project management: Work across accounts with the Creative Director, video editors, and producers. Creating creative briefs for the team to act on and working together with the creative department to ensure your vision is realized to the highest Upgrade to see actual infoinging your ideas to life through presentation decks/briefs and presenting these within the team.

Who we are looking for:

5+ years of work experience as a creative
Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Multimedia Arts, or a similar field
Confident user of Adobe Creative Suite
Strong background in Branding is a must
Must be able to work on deadlines and can multitask with various projects that may be assigned
Highly creative, and passionate about the future of media based on industry
Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Detail-oriented, resourceful, efficient, accurate
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Strong portfolio of design projects
