JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a data entry / VA who will support our marketing/sales department and help oversee our LinkedIn list building projects.

You will be responsible for:
1. Performing searches in LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on predefined criteria
2. Exporting the search results to a Google Sheet
3. Validating, Cleaning, and Formatting the sheet based on a template
4. Visiting websites and updating data in google sheets
5. Import / Export lists between Google Sheets, CRM, email outreach tools
6. Managing multiple list building projects at once
7. Working with a team - we have a team of 12 people who will help with each data entry project
8. Staying organized and reporting your projects and progress to upper management?
