Job Summary:
MWS is looking to bring on a talented Graphic Designer who has a knack for visual design, is crazy for fonts and colors, and is curious about how things work.

The ideal candidate for the role has a great eye for design, passion for art, and talent to turn ideas into masterpieces. The goal of the role is to study design briefs, and use the appropriate colors, fonts and layouts based on our branding guidelines. You must ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Experience you must have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Graphics Design experience.

Graphics Designer Tasks for this Role:
- Take direction and work closely with the CEO.
- Be able to multitask, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Handle a wide variety of creative tasks including but not limited to; photo editing, catalogs, flyers, marketing design and digital art design.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative solutions.
- Develop motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms (social media, ads, etc.)
- Create video content for the website.

Requirements:
- Part-time role, 20-30 hrs per week during CST
- High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
- Powerful personal computer
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- At least 2 years of previous online graphic design experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator

Compensation:
$9-$11 USD/hour depending on experience
