What you will be doing:
> Plan sourcing campaigns - dUpgrade to see actual info on best sourcing tools like OLJ, FB groups, Linkedin etc
> Create outreach copy for emails, job ads, Linkedin messages
> Analyze sourcing campaigns and tweak as needed
> Candidate screening based on client requirements
> Contacting candidates via LI, Email, Phone
> Interviews
> Create candidate write ups
> Work with clients from US, UK, EU, AU and PH
> Coordinate client interviews
> Ad hoc tasks
