Telemarketing Lead Generation - Outbound Cold Calling

We are looking to grow our current team of 120 telemarketers and hire 100 new telemarketers (Outbound Sales Cold Callers) to work a full time job starting on September 19, 2022 with the following requirements:

The primary responsibility of this position is to create lead generation by outbound cold calling to individuals for Medicare health insurance.

Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm PST. (Local Manila Time 10PM - 7AM)

Must have excellent English communication skills and previous experience in telemarketing sales. Having telemarketing experience is a major plus. Our customer demographic is sometimes hard to understand and unfortunately, sometimes quick to judge people over the phone so you must have excellent rebuttal skills . Your English needs to be perfect in order for us to consider you. Please do not apply unless you are VERY confident in your English speaking skills and have experience in Telemarketing.

• Must be able to work graveyard shift

In addition, you must have a reliable computer, must have a PC / Windows Computer (No Mac Book), a noise cancelling headset and have fast reliable internet connection to handle all call volume.
