The Opportunity:

The mission of Splash N Color’s Brand Manager is to drive growth through portfolio optimization and operational excellence, working collectively with a high performance team. The person in this position is an expert at preparing high-quality, fully optimized product detail pages and Upgrade to see actual infotailed weekly reports on brand performance and improvement planning will be the core focus, allowing Splash N Color to rapidly grow into new markets. You will play an integral role in the team by facilitating our manufacturing production through daily inventory reporting and management systems.

This role requires an individual that thrives in a fast paced environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to your Upgrade to see actual infoeting targets and delivering on promises nurtures your soul.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position. We value flexibility and freedom.

Responsibilities:

- Research excellent keywords for optimized copywriting and product listing
- Perform significant improvements to catalog listings while adhering to amazon policies
- Identify key metrics for tracking and growth areas of opportunity
- Drive growth through brand improvement strategic planning
- Develop systems ensuring FBA products maintain 30 days of inventory
- Ensure FBA products remain in stock through daily reporting
- Assist others as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and pride in high-quality output
- A team-player who wants to participate in building the largest print farm on the planet
- Excellent persuasive marketing communication
- Product portfolio management and optimization
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently and with strong attention to detail
- Effective marketing and PPC campaign experience a plus
