Hey there! We are a UK-based eCommerce company selling on Amazon. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist in finding profitable items to purchase from online retailers for Online Arbitrage manually and via scanning software (e.g. Tactical Arbitrage).

At least a year of experience in Amazon product sourcing is preferred, and I would be providing free in-depth training to equip the chosen candidate with the required competencies to effectively perform the role. The new hire will be paid for this extensive training. The first day of the training is considered as the hiring date.

The role of a Product Researcher plays a crucial role in the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem. The quality of the work spells the difference between success and failure for the organization.

The main function is to find products from online supplier websites that could be sold through Upgrade to see actual info, using various criteria such as profit, sales rank, and return on investment.

Create and work towards achieving a daily plan of action
Research and conduct analysis on online retailers and their product categories/product ranges, in line with the company’s profit and sales targets as well as budget;
Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behavior, associated risks, and overall business environment
Research to identify new product sources (retailers and manufacturers)
Analyze profit performance of products and evaluate profitability trends as well as pricing strategy, using various tools such as Keepa and SellerAmp
Monitor out of stock product lines and market trends
Report findings via online portal (Google Sheet)
Delivering at least 10 deals to a given deadline

At least 1 YEAR of experience in Amazon product research, online arbitrage/Amazon product sourcing;
Knowledgeable in Reverse Sourcing/Storefront Stalking
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics;
Planning Skills/Time Management;
Technology Skills - Google Suite, Social Media (eg Slack, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom);
Knowledgeable in MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP function, etc)
Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written;
Customer Service Skills;
Collaboration/Interpersonal Skills;
Strong attention to details;
Willingness to perform various functions; and
With high regard for Integrity, Excellence, Continuous Learning, and Creative Thinking/Innovation.

Computer specs:
Max Computer Age: 5 years
Processor - i5 or higher
RAM - 4 GB or higher
A fast and stable internet connection (at least 5 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (e.g. pocket wifi)
Noise-canceling headphones
Web camera
Zoom for video calls
Quiet and professional workstation

Pay rate: 16,000-19,000 PHP p/month depending on Experience and Performance
Paid Bi-weekly via PayPal/Wise
