Appointment Setter

Hire Digital is looking for an Appointment Setter who will provide administrative support to the internal team. We have grown 100% year over year, and our clients include Fortune 500s such as Citi, Unilever, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Airbnb, Stripe, and eBay.

??This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location. Resumes are to be submitted in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services.
- Schedule consultations between the prospective client and the Account Managers.
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
- Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Persuasive and results-oriented.
