Part Time - Senior Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager

Experienced senior recruiter / talent acquisition manager needed on a part-time basis to source Philippines-based candidates for a USA-based group of companies. You will be primarily sourcing Outbound Sales / SDR candidates that have a strong b2b saas or logistics background in the USA markets. You must be able to represent our company well, and deliver top tier candidates to us by helping us create compelling compensation packages and advising usk.

Experience

-linkedin recruiter/sales navigator and other outbound recruitment tools
-identifying prospects and enticing them to apply
-representing a brand well and attracting the best candidates from top tier candidates
-salary research and proper salary/compensation package creation
-hiring b2b sales people - specifically top performers
-hiring freight/shipping agents/virtual assistants
-hiring project coordinators
- leveraging both passive and active sourcing
-researching job requirements, salary requirements
-creating questionnaires and performing live testing of candidates' expertise



Job Hours
-Min 4 hour+ day 7am-11am Central Standard time (up to 8 hours if needed per day)

Job Length
3 month

Pay is base + commission + performance bonus if candidates pass 3 month review
