JOB OVERVIEW

We need a Customer Support Specialist with Trading knowledge and must know
Computer sciences as web development knowledge (css, html, javscript, jQuery, php)

What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
To support the Upgrade to see actual info agents to solve our client issues. The VA would have access to our dashboard to see the client's account and assist or fix settings/issues.

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
1) answer to customers chats
2) answer to existing tickets
3) cover old chats managed by Upgrade to see actual info agent (if another L2 was not available at that time)
4) monitor web site servers
5) when the above tasks are completed and there is no ongoing chat, VA could work on different topics function of the need (KB or marketing material, Social Media interaction, text review, testing of new functionnalities, chats/tickets analysis,... ), at some Upgrade to see actual infont if we have not other tasks, the VA could be just on call.
6) Eventually some simple web development as create html template or simple javascript (jQuery)

Technical support
Writing skills for customers communication
