We are looking for a passionate and determined CM Support Coordinator -QA Specialist. He or She should monitor, inspect, write, execute and propose measures to improve and correct the quality of Care Managers final reports in order to meet the company’s standards. As a QA specialist, he or she should work on technical documents in order to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback. He or She must have the ability to elaborate things clearly and can build a good rapport to every care managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Make sure that the QA sheet that each Care Manager received from their GSI was accurate and concise in describing what they must accomplish.
?They should ensure that everything that the Care Managers will input are align with the rules and guidelines.
?Perform routine inspections via phone and catch up for every Care Managers with regards to the QA sheet.
?Point person to address and discuss concerns and proposed solutions with the Care Managers regarding reports and QA sheets

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
