- Preferably with experience in Insurance Customer Service
- English/Spanish bilingual.
- Windows operating system user
- Has extensive experience with administrative tasks
- Extensive knowledge of CRM tools.
- Social media management experience is advantageous
- At ease working in the US Pacific Standard Time Zone.
