JOB OVERVIEW

Thank you for taking the time to read my post! Simply, I am looking for someone who is looking to make me the most famous real estate agent in my area. How? By helping me implement and execute a social media and marketing strategy that will build my business one hundred-fold. Social media is an area that I have struggled with for years and would like to have someone assist me with the things that I have dreamed about doing with my social media and business marketing. My hope is this will be a collaborative working relationship that can have the creativity and clarity to take all of these ideas that I receive and implement them, convey my message in the likeness I prefer, and help me strategically grow my business.

The person I looking to hire should be the following: Must be a quick learner, efficient, creative, detail-oriented, great communication, and consistent – prior experience preferred and working with other real estate agents would be preferred. Marketing samples that were used in other marketing campaigns as well as proof of organically growing other social media pages will be required.

My hope is that I will be hiring for a long-term period once both parties determine that the working relationship works.

• Manage client database management program & system. – CRM (Wise Agent, kvCore)
• Create & regularly prepare all buyer & seller consultation packages.
• Coordinate the preparation of all listing & open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials.
• Manage & update agent website(s), blog(s) and online listings.
• Regularly assist agent to manage & enhance agent’s social media presence.
• Track & coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media & other online sources.
• Regularly obtain client testimonials for websites, social media & other marketing materials.
• Coordinate & implement agent marketing videos & property videos on website(s), blog(s), social media and client database email campaigns.
• Proficiency in growing internet and social media presence, specifically on Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Create buyer’s packets and powerpoints
• Send mailers to your spheres of influence
• Graphic design for digital and print assets
• Schedule blog posts
• Research content ideas
• Update your website
• Schedule email
• SEO updates
• Post, update, and advertise on social media
• Track marketing analytics

Although training will be provided, director must have a mid-level to advanced level understanding of a majority of the following systems:

• KV Core
• Microsoft Office
• YouTube
• TubeBuddy
• Tik Tok
• Instagram
• Wix
Facebook Ads
• Canva
• WeVideo
• Google (my Business, PPC ads, etc.)
SEO Growth

This will begin as a part-time job and if we see we are a fit will grow into a full-time position. The position will not be doing any cold/warm calling and minimal creative writing (typing yes, writing no).
