An e-com real-estate startup on its mission to grow a brand from 8 to 9 figures is seeking an Account Executive for our Acquisitions Team.

Discount Lots is a leading direct-to-consumer e-com real estate company. We make land ownership as easy as a few clicks of a button. As an Acquisition Account Executive you will:

make outbound calls to prospective sellers
communicate to owners the benefits of a direct sale
negotiate purchase contracts
manage a follow-up system with active leads
achieve a successful deal conversation rate
weekly reporting of sales activities

Requirements:

***at least 1 year of experience in Real Estate Industry****
prior experience in sales (well-versed in the sales process from sourcing, lead nurturing to close, to constant follow-up to close)
demonstrated top performer and overachiever, highly self-motivated, driven to succeed, and hungry to earn
maintains a high level of daily activity and follow-up
fast learner, coachable, works well with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
highly productive working independently
data-driven and able to identify sales strategies
persistent with follow-ups
quick to respond to leads and adapt to change
ability to work flexible hours as needed, possibly on weekends if necessary
entrepreneurial spirit and winning mentality
highly productive in the remote fast-paced working environment
familiar with systems like: Google Suite, Data Tree, Mojo Dialer, Skype, Dial Pad, Asana, DocuSign, EOS Traction Business Model
