JOB OVERVIEW

Ready to have fun and Challenge yourself wearing multiple hats? This is your place!

Work as an assistant to me. We run a sports card group Lucky Breaks on FB with over 13k members! Have several rental properties and a small real estate brokerage! Duties will include:

Lucky Breaks

1. Customer Relations and Transaction Coordinator
2. Must be able to speak/write/read fluent English and be proficient and professional on the phone
3. Plan traveling - usually 4x year. Looking for hotels, car rentals, places to see, etc.
4. Some real estate experience a plus
5. Much more!

Real estate

1. Communicating with tenants, our handy man, taxing authorities, clients, potential clients and whoever else comes along the way!
2. Set up and maintain real estate property searches and be able to read maps/directions.
3. Maintain and update our databases with google drive, onedrive and top producer (we can show you top producer)
4. Writing up leases and contracts, maintain and update files, communicating with all parties involved.
5. Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls if needed.

Hours will start at 2pm EST - 6pm EST Monday - Saturday
