JOB OVERVIEW

Exciting opportunity to join our global team at HitLights as our Senior Client Success and B2B Sales Account Manager to lead our efforts in expanding the future of our B2B customer base. This sales role will be accountable for developing new clients in the electrical contractor-residential construction industry, mill working and professional installation/fabrication for example, exhibitors houses builders. This role will require new client development, interpersonal skills, a strong professional presence and the ability to enjoy solving clients' LED Strip Lighting solutions needs and pain points to attract new customers and grow our business.

This sales role will be expected to reach agreed upon sales goals to grow this segment of our business. This role will be a “Hunter” of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a successful past experience selling into these markets with LED Strip Lighting experience but we will consider candidates with a strong track record of success in the lighting and/or electrical related industries.

Key Responsibilities - What duties are you responsible for?
- Manage client accounts and coordinate the co-management of some key accounts.
- Develop, and execute a sales pipeline.
- Present sales updates, goals, and forecasts to the team and leadership.
- Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term sales strategies that provide an opportunity to grow revenue and move into new strategic markets.
- Develop, manage, and achieve sales budgets.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities.
- Work with operations teams to deliver outstanding customer service for new sales opportunities.
- Assist marketing team with the sales information needed for them to promote and market all products.
- Works with Product Design and Product Engineering to recommend emerging product opportunities that are client and market driven.

Qualifications - What makes up the ideal candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree required, or higher.
- Proven record with years of experience in sales for B2C and B2B clients of electrical, lighting, or LED lighting industry required.
- A working knowledge and proven track record of sales funnels, sales pipelines and lead follow up and conversion.
- Excellent communication(written & verbal) at all levels of the organization and presentation skills.
- Experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
- Knowledge of contracts and negotiating. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Best in class cross-functional interaction skills and a history of driving teams to perform to highly demanding schedules/challenges.
- Solid business analysis, solutioning skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong skills in time management.
- Must be comfortable in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to new market opportunities.
- Must value the importance of collaboration and open, honest communication.
- Flexible, positive attitude. Proactive nature with ability to lead the team through change management.
