Real Estate Personal Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken person who has tremendous phone skills and has the ability to convert prospects into leads. You will be working a majority of your time on the computer and phone making cold calls, taking inbound real estate sales calls and making outbound lead calls. We need someone who is able to convert calls into qualified leads.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Build rapport with sellers, listen, solve problems, overcome objections.
Adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into database.
Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication and cold calling.
Follow and master scripts used in lead generation and handle objections.
Qualify leads to accurately convey Upgrade to see actual infonning Property Comparables


Qualifications and Skills:

Be well versed in speaking Upgrade to see actual infolling and negotiation Upgrade to see actual infofortable and productive spending 80-90% of their time on the phone and computer.
Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with their ability to build Upgrade to see actual infoanized, systematic, and detail-oriented.
Results oriented and high achiever.
Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken with a confident telephone voice.
Strong cold-calling and business development.
Learning and information absorption.
Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.


Pay & Scheduling:

We will have you start Part Time with the opportunity to be a Full Time Employee, after careful consideration.
We pay every week on Monday.
We will have a 2 week probationary period, where we will determine if you are a good fit for our company.
Starting pay for the first two weeks will be $3/HR.
After the 2nd week the pay will increase to $4/HR.
We will provide a $100 Bonus for every lead you converted that we buy. "Earn the possibility of making an Extra $100-$300 per month on top of your base pay!"

Part Time will be 5 Hrs a Day - 5 Days a Week
Full Time will be 8 Hrs a Day - 5 Days a Week *Over Time is included only a weekly basis if asked*
