JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking to hire someone who can use Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create articles from their analysts.

You will work with real estate data (CSV files) pulled from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Your articles will be posted on the company website and repurposed into video scripts to be posted on our main YouTube channel.

Your last responsibility will include general administrative tasks associated with most Virtual Assistance Upgrade to see actual infoanizing stuff, doing research, and other miscellaneous tasks to assist with growing the company.

** You'll never have to make a phone call in this position.

This is a full-time position. This job is not suitable as a second job as it requires dedication and 100% commitment and a willingness to receive training.

1. After your first 90 days of working 9 am to 5 pm EST, you will get to choose your schedule. We already have two writers in our company who work from 6 pm to 2 am EST. You get to choose your eight-hour time block.

How we handle paying you:
1. In the first 30 days with the company, you'll be paid every week to prove that I'm a legitimate company. You will receive payments on Saturday through PayPal by the end of the day.
2. After the first month, you'll receive your payment on the 1st and 15th of every month.
