The Job:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy customer success representative to actively seek out and engage customer requests. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every request in order to boost top-line customer satisfaction.


These are 3 priorities you'll need to focus on every day:

1) Good Old-Fashioned Communication: Look after customers by providing service information. Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
2) Teamwork: Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the team.
3) Customer Intelligence & Analytics: Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Requirements:


You only need these 3 things to be successful (but you need to be extra good at them)...

1) Fluent or near-native ability to speak and write English. You have to be an incredible communicator, fluent in English. You’re just as comfortable on the phone as you are in an email. Your writing is clear and simple, with a proper dose of empathy.
2) Strong analytical skills: You'll have to be able to infer insights from data to better understand our customers' needs. Show excitement to adapt and contribute toward SOPs and strategies.
3) A great and ‘can do’ attitude at all times as this is a fast-paced environment.
