Hiring FULL TIME IG Reel Specialist

Hiring a full time IG Reel specialist who can also manage my 4 IG accounts (my IG accounts target a nightlife audience).

Below are the tasks you to do for each account:

- Create a daily IG reel (with content we provide you)
- DM other accounts to partner with us (Good written English preferred)
- General VA management of the account

The main goal is to manage and most importantly grow our IG account organically & fast

Hours - Your first 1-2 weeks will be 20 hours/wk and we'll then give you 40 hours/wk once you prove yourself

The IDEAL candidate has strong experience in growing IG accounts organically, is experienced/skilled in creating IG reels, and has great written English + nightlife niche experience preferred.

1) How is your written English to write captions along with talking to other IG accs via DM?

2) Are you good at making IG reels if I gave you nightclub highlight videos for you to create reels out of daily + What is your strategy when it comes to the IG Algorithm for reels?

3) What experience do you have that relates to this role (specifically IG organic growth)?
