Our company is looking for a full-time Concierge.

Premium Service Experts is a SaaS company that offers a comprehensive suite of business tools that takes the guesswork out of vetting internal employees and external contractors. Our systems ensure a business’s hires bring security and quality of work expected from the position they are hired for.

This position will primarily be responsible for:
-Learning the ins and outs of the company’s product and services
-Scheduling appointments and tracking them until completion
-Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s service
-Reporting any issues the clients may have with the service to concerned departments
-Recognizing complex issues and escalating them to the appropriate personnel
-Conducting client surveys in order to obtain feedback for improving products and services
-Explaining to clients the importance of online reviews and ratings for the company
-Encouraging clients with work-completed contracts to leave the company online reviews
-Maintain accurate records of call summaries and lead information
-Report trends in customer inquiries and complaints
-Perform other tasks and projects as required

Work from the comfort of your own home from Monday-Friday with a 9AM-6PM schedule. You will be required to create weekly reports on your tasks and attend voice meetings with your Premium Service Experts supervisor via Skype. This job will require you to work during US Mountain Standard Time business Upgrade to see actual infondidates are required to have the following qualities:
>At least 2 years of experience speaking with US-based clients;
>trained American English accent;
>Strong command of the English language;
>Decent typing skills, making little to no mistakes;
>Loves to communicate with people;
>Can maintain professional composure while talking to irritated customers and work under pressure;
>Knows how to de-escalate high stress situations;
>Reliable Internet Connection, working PC and microphone;
>Detail-oriented and meticulous;
>Good organization skills and has no problems multitasking;
>Knows their way around Google Docs Editors Suite,
>Minimum internet speed of 50mbps.

Bonus points if you also have:
>Familiarity with Service Titan tool
>Familiarity with RepKahuna

Prior experience in voiced roles in customer service is required. Training will be provided to expand your skill set if Upgrade to see actual infoclude in your resume any additional skills that you believe will be a great asset for the company. This is a long term role with room for career advancement.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
- This role pays a maximum starting salary of PHP 42,500 pesos per month (with a review in 90 days) depending on your experience, payable via PayPal.
- We pay on a bi-monthly basis, on the 10th and the 25th. Work performed from the 1st – 15th will be paid on the 25th. Work performed from the 16th to the last day of the month will be paid on the 10th of the following month.
- We give pay increases and bonuses based on performance.
- Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
- Your paid holidays will follow US national holidays.
