JOB OVERVIEW

This position requires a highly professional person, with excellent communication skills.

Primarily a customer service role, through managing a central customer care email for 4 gyms.
The email relates to managing the admin side of our clients memberships including; queries on term length, account queries, suspension/refund/termination requests and the appropriate management, or conflict resolution with complaints, or escalating them through the correct process if required.
Minimal data input required, and actioning requests within our CRM.

The role also involves Onboarding & Off boarding teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and preparing timesheets to be submitted for payroll.

Event Planning for Member, Team and small charity events throughout the year will be an integral part of the role.

We are looking for the right person who is interested in long term employment, in a startup company who are growing within the fitness industry, who appreciate our team and want to provide the best level service and experience for our members.

Familiarity and experience with mindbody software would be highly beneficial, although not essential.
