JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there, I need a Customer Support Agent to work answering calls & forwarding voicemails & creating Support Tickets from 8am-6pm EST Mon-Fri, for my construction company.

Your English SPEAKING needs to be PERFECT, with almost NO accent.
Your English WRITING needs to be PERFECT.

You will be answering the phone from 8am-6pm Eastern Time Zone (graveyard shift) from Monday to Friday.

You will be dealing with customers who may or may not be upset, so you need to have good conversation skills, previous call center experience, and customer support experience.

You will be responsible for sending incoming voicemails to the appropriate employee in our company and following up with them to see if it was resolved. Sometimes you will need to transfer Upgrade to see actual info the near future, you will create a Support Ticket using our Salesforce CRM, which will let everybody know if a problem has been resolved or followed up with.
