JOB OVERVIEW

What we’re looking for:
Someone who is a motivated, self-starter to join our team in the role of Digital Strategist on a full time/permanent Upgrade to see actual infote that this role will be a contractor employment agreement. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our client’s success by directing social and digital research, pulling out key insights for clients and using that information to strategize their digital footprint and helping manage our digital assessment projects. The right candidate will showcase their creativity and ingenuity by developing strategies and solutions that meet clients’ objectives based on insights and data and ensuring the project comes in on time and within budget.

This is a client-facing role and you will be responsible for leading presentations and meetings throughout the lifespan of the project as well as mentoring/managing other strategists. You will be responsible for presenting your findings and strategies to clients via Upgrade to see actual info this position, you will lead, craft and contribute to social media and digital (advertising & web) strategic engagements that solve real problems and generate business results. The right candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role with a marketing agency. You’re an expert in conducting digital audits, developing unique and tailored social media strategy, utilizing market trends, leading visual branding exercises/projects, website information architecture projects and are highly organized.

What this role looks like:
- Overseeing our digital assessments from start to finish - ensuring the project runs smoothly
- Collaborating with the team to develop comprehensive, result-focused strategies based on audit results, facts, findings, and market trends
- Leading client discoveries, meetings, and other key milestone presentations
- Conducting social and web audits using licensed, integrated software
- Working alongside our Implementation team to develop user avatars, sample content, decks, advertisement strategies and presentations
- Working closely with our Impact Assessment (research and strategy) team
- Leading visual brand identity projects and directing the creative team based on the client need
- Leading website information architecture discoveries and helping prepare the client’s flow documentation (website project requirements and project plan)

- Exceptional experience managing a client relationship and communication
- Strong brand positioning experience
- Strong experience leading website development projects and a keen understanding of how to build a website development strategy/plan
- Strong experience using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush
- Someone with 6+ years of prior experience in social media and digital strategy (preferably with an agency)
- Experience with analyzing reporting, campaign creation and developing digital advertising strategies (think Google, Facebook, Insta, and other relevant platforms)
- Someone who is adept and confident with presenting in front of clients and is honest but approachable when advising the business direction
- A savvy, results-oriented person with strong leadership skills and is confident leading a client in unchartered territory
- You have a relatively strong market research background and understand how formal research is conducted and executed on
- Is approachable and a team player as we’re all about collaboration

Work Arrangement:
BottomLine is a global company with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across different time zones. You will be working at your home where you will have a place to boost productivity. However, we require a minimum of 6 hours of overlap with our business hours (Mountain Time). While we start early here in North America and love the sound of birds chirping and a good sunrise, we mostly wake up before the sun because we work in multiple time zones. This ensures that we have strong team communication and the ability to meet over video conference when required.
