ROLE DESCRIPTION
Should assist the Appraisers in a day-to-day operation
In-charge of Bidding and Acceptance of orders
Responsible for strong oral communication including inbound phone calls and outbound calls for scheduling or requesting data
Responsible for strong written communication to clients and other contacts via phone call, email, text messages, and client portals
Responsible for documentation of verbal and written communication
Will use different tools such as: Google- For property research, MLS, Anow, Upgrade to see actual info, Gmail, Google sheet and Slack (for communication)

YOU BRING
Can converse and understand the English language
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google
Has initiative to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain order, focus and calm in times of ambiguity and changing priorities
Has excellent time management skills
Can work in a graveyard shift

Equipment requirements:
i5 or higher/Mac 2017 or higher
Functioning headset
Functioning camera or webcam
