Technical Support Specialist - Web Hosting & Domain Registration

Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English
Troubleshooting Linux and the Windows Operating Systems
At least one year of experience with Linux operating systems including Red Hat and CentOS distributions
Networking & Systems Administration understanding: TCP \ IP, DNS, Routing, File Systems
Familiar with Domain Registration, Hosting Services, and Email
Familiar with content management systems (such as WordPress)
Network and server performance monitoring and analysis.
Experience with WHM / cPanel, Plesk
Experience in one or more programming languages relevant to scripting, automation, and general tooling: Python, Bash, PowerShell, PHP, Go
Customer support experience and/or technical support experience
Familiar with Nagios, InfluxDB, Grafana, Graylog, Prometheus
Respond to customers via phone, email, tickets, chat, etc.
Providing Support to customers via Live Chat in tough technical cases
Up Sell Existing Clients with additional company services
Installation and configuration of the software per customer's requests or internal needs
