Work Schedule:
Regular Dayshift according to Australian Hours

Responsibilities:
• The main point of contact for all the projects across our project management software (ClickUp) and will directly report to the Executive Director
• Works across creative, production, content, account service, and social media departments to ensure all key people are coordinated
• Monitor Google Analytics Performance Data
• Performing detailed requirements analysis and documentation
• Ability to handle and track multiple open projects, across various departments and individuals
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and management.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings within the development team.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the Development Team.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Must have 1-2 years experience working as a Project coordinator preferably in an Advertising/Digital Marketing agency
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Google Sheets, Docs, etc. proficiency required
• Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, directly interacting with department heads and department team
• Priority will be given to those who have experience in Digital Marketing
• Must have reliable internet speed and computer specs
