Ecommerce Operations Manager

The eCommerce Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives.
This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes.
This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Order Fulfilment, Customer Success, Digital Media, Sales & Marketing IT & Accounting.
This position will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.
This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the business.

Some tasks may include but are not limited to
Proactively take ownership of tasks and
Identify tasks to delegate to the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Data entry such as registering new products
Logistics (fulfilment) oversight making sure products are received and orders are dispatched on time
Helping answering questions from customers;
Handling client orders and requests
Resolving customer complaints
Working together with customer service team
Looking for potential products

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or logistics is a plus
Experience (essential)
5 + years of relevant work experience; within a similar eCommerce role
Management experience in operations, preferable in Grocery retail, including positions of leadership.
1- 3 years of experience in working with or developing eCommerce operations systems.
1 -3 years experience working across eCommerce project launches and managing project roll-outs
General Knowledge of Marketing and Customer Service to support 2-3 other employees
