Creative VA for Research, Crafting Heart-Warming Short Messages, & Marketing Help| FB-Ads skills a plus but not required

I am looking for a creative and talented virtual assistant who has excellent communication, marketing, and research skills . This job is for a POD/ecommerce marketing project where we will be selling beautiful and stylish personalized jewelry gifts. You will be following detailed instructions from a step-by-step course for (Phase-1)researching an ideal niche and audience, then (Phase-2)crafting an emotional and meaningful heart-warming message, and viral marketing campaign ad-copy (templates and samples included), then (Phase-3)helping me with implementing Facebook ads and Upgrade to see actual info ads – to sell these viral high-quality personalized necklaces and bracelet gifts to the target audience that we identified in Phase-1. Here is an example: Upgrade to see actual info I always pay on time, am pleasant and courteous by nature, and strive to always give clear and detailed directions as much as possible to minimize any confusion or uncertainty in your job so you can be confident, competent and proficient in your work. If you’re the right fit for the job then include the answer to what is one plus two times three, spelled out as the first word of your reply so I know you read the full project details and can follow easy instructions. Ideally I am looking for a skillful VA who has great communication skills particularly with creative writing, experience with niche and customer avatar research, and most ideally (although not necessary as detailed instructions and training are provided) has at least some Facebook Business Manager experience or is eager to learn the platform and basic FB-ads setup/management Upgrade to see actual infosign skills are not necessary. Creativity with writing is encouraged. I’m looking for someone to make the creative heart-warming messaging better than I imagined! I also have future projects in the works that you may be a good fit for if this project goes smoothly and we work well together.
