JOB OVERVIEW

We are searching for a chatters’ team manager.

You’ll be in charge of managing a team of multiple chatters (3 chatters for now) that do sales on one of our models' account. The chatters are in charge of selling PPVs of the model to her paid subscribers, and you’ll be in charge of making sure they do quality work.
You’ll also be in charge of finding ways to increase sales, and making sure that the model’s account is running smoothly.

This is a hands-on managing position, directly responsible for making sure the chatters produce quality work.

We prefer someone with previous experience managing a team of chatters (or a related position) and also if possible having been before that a chatter yourself, but we might be willing to consider someone with little to no managing experience if they’re an excellent candidate with a proven track record of having been an excellent chatter, having excellent abilities to follow guidelines, having excellent sales abilities, and an excellent attention to details.

You need:
• excellent sales ability and excellent ability to see what could be improved to increase sales (our chatters do not use scripts, they improvise, but you might become also responsible for developing scripts at some point in time (to be determined))
• excellent ability to review chatters’ conversations and find improvements to be made
• excellent ability to identify flaws and lost sales in chatters’ conversations, and to be able to write reports about it and provide feedback and suggestions for amelioration
• excellent attention to details
• excellent ability to follow guidelines
• excellent English level and excellent ability to identify spelling/grammar errors
• managing experience of a team of chatters (not mandatory)
• Google Workspace experience (not mandatory)

Job duties:
• Making sure the chatters do their work: review time tracking application and make sure they’re working and not doing other things, making sure they’re doing shifts on time, review chatters’ conversations and find out what could be improved and what guidelines weren’t followed, track sales and make sure correct amounts are reported by chatters, identify underperforming chatters and reasons
• You will spend a lot of time reviewing conversations to identify if any guidelines weren’t followed and to find ways to improve conversations thus improve sales
• You need some creative thinking and experience because our chatters do not use scripts as of now (they might in the future), so you need to have enough common sense and experience to see what issues arose in conversations that lead to lost sales
• You will spend a lot of time reviewing PPVs, categorizing them, finding the ones that sell best, finding subscribers’ needs according to what they said to the chatters, planning what PPVs to send to what subscribers
• Developing pricing strategies to increase sales
• You will spend a lot of time writing documents and reports, this won’t be a job where you only send a quick message here and there
• Create (to be determined) and schedule posts for multiple weeks in advance
• Create (to be determined) mass messages and make sure they’re planned in advance
• Do quality analysis of new received content (pictures/videos) for PPVs and make sure they’re matching our desired standards, categorize them accordingly
• Find spelling/grammar errors in chatters’ conversations
• You will also track and report multiple of the account’s metrics, and be in charge of making sure the account is growing at the desired rate
• Write daily reports for your supervisor
• Presenting reports for your supervisor
• A few additional duties might be added over time (to be determined)

Starting date: asap.

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable). We pay biweekly so $600 every 15 days.

The job is 7 days per week, 8 hours shift, 8 am to 4 pm (PH time).
We might be willing to shift the hours a little bit if necessary (start or end a bit later), but this job is 7 days per week (non negotiable).
