Our client is an Australian based eCommerce company, trusted business. They are looking to hire an exceptional eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator to assist their team. This role is perfect for a process driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Permanent, 100% remote, full-time role, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Australian time.

What you would do in this role:
Our coordinator role responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Visual Merchandising by category based on data.
• Upload products to landing page.
• Upload pricing and creatives to home page.
• Coordinate the day-to-day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives.
• Able to merchandise by story (colour groups).
• Upload all price changes for products in the system and ensure changes are accurate.
• Strategically merchandise existing products in our retail website consistently in line with promotional offers or brand requirements.
• Actively updating marketing banners and homepage products on the website based on promotions live online.
• Maintaining and improving shopping cart rules and interest free offers.
• Communicating with Product Managers and Coordinators from various departments to collect information for upcoming promotional events.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes:
We are seeking an individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere. Ideally, you will thrive in an online retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc.) or Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc).

• Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
• Be a team player, with the capability to work independently as required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, including excel.
• Ability to read reports and data.
• Ability to remain adaptable to changing processes within the role.
• High level of accuracy with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload.
• An understanding and experience in retail desirable.
• Competent in using Excel, Hybris and MicroStrategy.
Experience and Industry Background:
• Experience as E-Commerce Coordinator and Online merchandiser.
• Experience in administration based roles.
