Full Time Customer Support Representative for our Shopify Website Design agency

I am looking for a Customer Support representative. You will be doing a variety of tasks.

Experience in Shopify Dropshipping is REQUIRED

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

You will be doing the following:

#1: Chat support to cover the following through Chat:

- Help Clients access their Shopify Store once we deliver it to them
- Help Clients that have questions about our services
- Process refunds to clients that are unsatisfied
- Help clients that have questions about navigating their Shopify store once we deliver it (Please start your proposal with the word "Legend" so I know you read this)

#2: Email Support to cover the following:

- Help Clients access their Shopify Store once we deliver it to them
- Help Clients that have questions about our services
- Process refunds to clients that are unsatisfied
- Help clients that have questions about navigating their Shopify store once we deliver it

Perks:

*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.

*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.

*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.

About Me:

I own 3 different businesses in the eCommerce industry, You will be given a chance to talk with my current VA before you are hired to learn more about our company.
