JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

Our digital marketing agency is looking for a well-organized and punctual specialist who can:
1. Conduct a basic market research, compose a excel list of potential leads.
2. Cold call the potential customers on this list, prospect, offer our services, gather basic data.
3. Set an appointment for a sales call. Sales call may be conducted by another person but ideally you have interest in sales. Sales training may be provided and experience is welcome. Scripts will be provided also. This is optional and prospecting and call calling are the first part of the job.
4. Do general VA Upgrade to see actual infopending on circumstances and training required, work may start as part-time in the beginning, but the position is full-time.
Please note: Work will be in US working hours timezone!

Requirements:

There are several requirements for the job:
1. Excellent English speaking skills: as most of your time will be spent talking to clients from US on the phone, you should be comfortable with phone conversations in US English. You should have a headset and stable internet connection.
2. Integrity: Honesty is our core value. This goes for our relationships with our customers, and it goes for internal Upgrade to see actual info is essential that we have a good relationship based on mutual trust and it feels good to work together.
3. Commitment: We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this will become full-time. If you looking for short-term work, please do not apply.
4. Desire to Learn: It is our task to teach you the skills you need to succeed on the job. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and develop.


These can be a plus, but not required:
1. Sales experience
2. Experience in talking to US customers on the phone
3. Experience in cold calling
4. Experience in market research
5. Experience in appointment setting
6. Excel skills, email management
