ACCOUNTING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT / BOOKKEEPER

Job Type: Full-Time (8 hours per day = 40 hours per week)
Salary/Offer: $4 - 6 USD per hour
Reports to: Business Consultant / Project Manager
Work set-up: Remote-based


Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting portfolio of client
- Bookkeeping and inventory management of retail products in Amazon
- Generating financial statement reports for top management
- Research and understand the client's needs in managing accounts payables and other bookkeeping requirements
- Collaborate with the team / other VAs for accounting and data entry needs
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high volume workload

Target Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Mathematics or any equivalent
- Preferably minimum of 3 years working as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or Accounting Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working remotely for a company in the USA on USA time
- Portfolio of accountancy work

Personal Attributes
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to produce error-free accounting reports
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Honest, extremely organized, and detail-focused
- Amenable to work with time tracking device like Time Doctor
