Who we are looking for:

1. Someone with a positive attitude
2. Someone that has good English communication skills
3. Someone who is detailed, organized, and has critical thinking skills
4. Preferably someone with work-related experience
5. Has experience working with any type of bookkeeping software


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Recording and maintaining the company’s financial transactions
2. Bank Reconciliation
3. Payroll Management
4. Generating financial reports
5. Ensuring compliance with all state requirements regarding sales tax
6. Creating best practice procedures for accounting activities and recommending process improvements where they already exist


Our Recruitment process:
