I am a Realtor / Real Estate Investor looking to hire someone to assist with growth and enhance opportunities.

About the position:
This is an hourly (full-time) position with bonus potential. I am seeking someone ambitious, with a growth mindset, good people skills, and who lives by our core values. I need someone who is committed to excellence, performs well under pressure consistently, and is interested in advancement opportunities. Responsibilities include lead generation, managing database, cold call prospects/leads, follow-up, skip trace leads, creating blog content, and managing social media presence. Please note, that this is not an inclusive list. Opportunity for BONUSES outside of normal salary!

Our Ideal Candidate Has:
1. Great people skills. Experience cold calling is not needed, but we need someone who can get along with different personality types.

2. Great listening and communication skills. Given that you will be talking to homeowners about selling their property, you must be able to hold conversations and bring up the best possible resource for their situation.

3. You must be someone that can communicate professionally, is coachable, personable, and highly motivated, wanting to be part of our growing Upgrade to see actual infon-Negotiables:
I need someone responsible and can show up on time. Who communicates well.
You must be a great listener. You must be able to follow directions.
