Responsibilities: The Recruiting assistant is responsible for prospecting, finding new potential candidates, prescreening, and scheduling them to speak with the business owner. We have many open jobs currently and are looking for great candidates.

Required skills:

Strong written and verbal English skills

Great at talking to people

Amazing team player and willing to work hard for team goals as well as individual goals

Bring a fun positive attitude to our meetings

Able to work on multiple recruiting projects simultaneously

Detail-oriented and able to keep accurate records

Comfortable working in LinkedIn

Comfortable working in a database and keeping track of detailed notes.

Highly dependable. This is a tight-knit team and everyone has to pull their weight

Able to consistently hit goals


Hours: You will need to make calls during appropriate US hours. You will be working nights. (10 am- 6pm US Eastern Standard Time). This is a Full-Time position.

Equipment needed: Computer, high-speed internet, and phone. We will provide you with a US-based phone number and text service.
