ABOUT THE POSITION:
• The ideal candidate will be confident to act as the first point of contact for our customers. Handle customer service enquiries from multiple sales channels with empathy and confidence
• Resolve issues by providing accurate information, processing refunds and/or replacements, or simply by giving invaluable advice and support
• Potentially manage Customer Service-related Social Media enquiries
• Keep accurate records of all customer complaints
• Monitor all product listings daily/resolve or escalate any issues as applicable
• Analyze all customer reviews and enquiries to identify opportunities to improve our products and listings
• Research customer questions and provide solutions
• Raise cases with Amazon and manage them to a successful conclusion, as needed
• Data capture (handling business information with accuracy)
• Carry out online research for the business
• Do ad-hoc tasks for the business
• Work 40 hours per week
• Subject to completion of a successful probationary period of 3 months
• Starting Salary is $550 per month, subject to annual raise based on the quality of work, attitude & performance


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed at least 2 years in college
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role
• FBA Amazon and Shopify experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
• Excellent English written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Dedicated workspace at home
• Laptop or PC with at least 8GB of RAM, with at least i3 processor
• Webcam and headset for occasional meetings/huddles and training sessions
• Wired internet connection with at least 10MBPS speed
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule; shift and/or work hours are subject to change depending on the season and other resource needs
• Willing to be trained virtually.
• A local bank account is essential for transferring your salary

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
